XtreamGo provides panel management software designed to help operators organize, manage, and deliver streaming infrastructure. Our software is a tool for managing IPTV panels and related server infrastructure.

XtreamGo does not host, provide, distribute, store, or transmit any media content, including but not limited to live television streams, video-on-demand content, movies, series, radio broadcasts, or any other audiovisual material.

All content managed through XtreamGo panels is sourced, owned, and controlled entirely by the panel operator (the customer). It is the sole responsibility of each operator to ensure that all content managed through their panel complies with applicable copyright laws, broadcasting regulations, and intellectual property rights in their respective jurisdictions.

XtreamGo has no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for the content that operators choose to manage using our software. We do not monitor, review, or curate any streams or media files that pass through panels managed with our software.

By using XtreamGo, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the legality of the content you manage, distribute, or make available through your panel.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XtreamGo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

XtreamGo provides IPTV panel management software as a service (SaaS). This includes server installation tools, panel management interfaces, user management, stream organization, and related infrastructure management tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use XtreamGo solely for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content managed through your panel complies with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. Data retention after termination is subject to our data retention policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

XtreamGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

10. Content Compliance

You must only use XtreamGo to manage and distribute content for which you hold valid licenses, broadcasting rights, or explicit authorization from the rights holder. Distribution of unlicensed, pirated, or unauthorized content through panels managed by our software is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

11. DMCA Policy

XtreamGo complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice regarding content managed through your panel, we will notify you and may suspend access to the affected material. Repeated infringement will result in account termination. See our DMCA Takedown Procedure for details.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, company name), payment information processed securely through Stripe, server connection details necessary for panel installation, and usage data for analytics and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process payments, communicate service updates and support, improve our platform and user experience, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing, service providers who assist in operating our platform, and law enforcement when required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may request data export or account deletion by contacting support. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for user preferences such as language selection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

DMCA Takedown Procedure

XtreamGo is a middleware management platform and does not host, store, or distribute any media content. XtreamGo provides tools for managing IPTV server infrastructure only. Any content accessible through servers managed by XtreamGo is the sole responsibility of the server operator.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content accessible through a server managed via our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notification must be a written communication that includes the following information:

Required Information for Takedown Requests

Your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Response Process
